I read most or all of the books in Valerie Wolzien’s Susan Henshaw cozy series back as they were coming out in paperback years ago. It was one of the earliest cozy series I read, and I have fond, if indistinct, memories of it. I had just finished graduate school at the time, and I wanted any rare recreational reading I could indulge in to be very non-demanding…
Now Joffe has an omnibus of all sixteen books in the series on sale for $2.99/£1.99 in the US/UK. And for once, based on a spot-check, it seems they haven’t changed the titles. Which is nice! They did, however, add a somewhat dorky series name – dorky IMO, at least.
