Michael Connelly’s most recent book, Nightshade, which came out just this May, is one of those £0.99 deals in the UK today. I got to hear him talk about a week before this came out, at a UCLA business school event. He was a really good speaker, and it was fascinating listening to how he got into writing thrillers, and how he runs his “writing business”.
