Night Broken is the eighth in the Mercy Thompson series by Patricia Briggs. Although I mostly read mysteries, I do read some urban fiction, and I’m slowly working my way through this series based on recommendations from another forum I belong to. The series was sort of slow to grab me, but because of the recommendations, I persevered, and it’s starting to grow on me. Now Night Broken is on sale for $1.99, as of January 26, 2021. I’m not as far along as this, but for this price, I’m going to grab it, and hold on to it for the future…

If you missed Smoke Bitten when it was on sale almost a year ago, it’s on sale again right now, although at $2.99 rather than $1.99. But that’s still a pretty good price for a most-recent-in-series title. The links in the comment about half-way up the page are still good.

Per its subtitle, Shifting Shadows is a collection of stories from the world of Mercy Thompson. It’s on sale for £2.99 today at Kindle UK. I checked on eReaderIQ, and as far back as their tracking goes, they’ve never shown it as less than $9.99 in the US (!!!) or £4.99 in the UK..
