Shimura Trouble is the 10th in the Rei Shimura series by Sujata Massey. I’ve quite liked this series, which I mostly read long ago in DTB. Shimura has dropped to £1.99 at Kindle UK. The early titles n this series won/were nominated for a bunch of awards.
And, if you don’t live in or travel to the UK, Shimura has been long-term at $2.99 at Kindle US, which is not too bad, although this is pretty old (2008) backlist…
