The Girl in the Plain Brown Wrapper is the 10th in the Travis McGee series by John D MacDonald. It has dropped to $2.99 at Kindle and Kobo US. As I always say when titles in this series drop, grab it now if you want it, because these only rarely go on sale in the US, and don’t repeat very often.

I haven’t seen Nightmare in Pink, which is the second Travis McGee title, on sale since 2018. Now here it is again at $1.99, at both Kindle and Kobo US. It’s nice to see Random House repeating some sale titles in this series, even if very infrequently. I’m still missing a couple, although sadly not this one. But I have my fingers crossed!

The Scarlet Ruse is the 14th in MacDonald’s Travis McGee series. It’s on sale for $1.99 in the US right now, and it’s also semi-long term (about a year) at £1.99 in the UK.. As mentioned before in other posts, Travis McGee titles usually run $10 and up in the US (insane for backlist), so nice to see one on sale.
