Grandad, There’s a Head on the Beach is the second book in the Jimm Juree series by Colin Cotterill, who is perhaps better known for his Dr. Siri Paiboun series. It’s on sale for $0.99 in the US. The Motion Picture Teller is a recent (2023) non-series title by Colin Cotterill. It’s on sale in the US and UK, and discountable at Kobo UK. I’ve not read this one, but have liked a couple of his other series.

If you’ve read and liked Colin Cotterill’s short four-book Jimm Juree series, you may already know that Cotterill also has published a number of short stories featuring Juree. And the first one, Number One: The Funeral Photographer, is free right now at Kindle US and UK, but sadly not at Kobo, at least as of now. Me, I’ll probably keep my fingers crossed that maybe the publisher will work their way through the short stories for free if I’m patient…but we’ll see…
