E-books published by Open Road don’t usually go on sale at decent prices in the UK, but now here is Tuesday the Rabbi Saw Red, by Harry Kemelman, on sale for £1.99 at Kindle UK. It’s the fifth title in Kemelman’s Rabbi Small series. This is an older series, but I think it has aged well, and I really still like it. Tuesday is also on sale in the US, for $1.99. But unlike in the UK, it goes on sale pretty often in the US, so that’s not such a big deal. And, in fact, most of the series goes on sale pretty often in the US, so if you like this one, you can keep an eye out for the others!
The Nine Mile Walk is a collection of short mysteries/puzzles by Harry Kemelman, featuring college professor Nicky Welt as the protagonist rather than Kemelman’s much better known Rabbi David Small. It’s on sale for £1.59 on Amazon UK and also $1.99 in the US, and discountable at Kobo US. FWIW, I liked these, even though I’m generally less fond of short stories than of full length books…

Tuesday the Rabbi Saw Red by Harry Kemelman is on sale again in the US and UK for $1.99/£1.99. The links in the OP are still good…
If you haven’t yet read Harry Kemelman’s Rabbi Small books, I highly recommend them. And now, an omnibus of the first four titles in the series is on sale at Kindle US for $2.99, which is only $0.75 each if you need them all. Which is a really nice price.
The omnibus isn’t very imaginatively titled – it’s just called Four Rabbi Small Mysteries. But it does contain four great reads: Friday the Rabbi Slept Late, Saturday the Rabbi Went Hungry, Sunday the Rabbi Stayed Home, and Monday the Rabbi Took Off.
Oh yeah, and Friday the Rabbi Slept Late won the 1965 Edgar Award for Best First Novel…
