I’ve just noticed that several of the Daisy Gumm Majesty 3-book box sets (by Alice Duncan) are on sale for $0.99/£0.72 in the US/UK right now. These are really nice prices if you need all three books in each omnibus, but are still good prices even if you already have one or two of them. As I mentioned in my series review and other posts, this is very much a cozy/fun historical series, set in between-the-wars Pasadena, California. But there is also just a little grit from time-to-time, to make you think a bit. So if you haven’t tried the series, but think you’d like to; or if you just need a few books here and there; now would be a great time!
Please note that the fourth box set, with books 10-12, doesn’t seem to be on sale at Kindle, at least as of now, but is on sale at Kobo. So there are five box sets on sale at Kobo (which is most of the series), and only four at Kindle. And here are links to searches just for the “boxed sets”, even if box set doesn’t really mean much with e-books 😀. The links pull up a couple of extra strays, but the box sets that are on sale are all near the top.
